Initial trip design

We hold a trip-specific, where we sketch out your trip vision: objectives we are trying to target, KPIs to measure success, total budget, attendee count, event must-haves, potential destinations, and more.

Once the consultation is complete, our team of experts get to work, using our deep supplier relationships and decades of firsthand knowledge of destinations across the globe to design up to three custom proposals.

Proposal creation

Based on our consultation, our team will compile a set of initial proposals to spark your imagination and share our perspective on the destinations, itineraries, and trip attributes best suited to your goals.

You will receive a set of comprehensive initial proposals, including destinations, accommodations, draft itineraries, and preliminary investment estimates.

site selection

You take your time to review the proposals and compile your feedback.

We can meet live to discuss the proposals in detail and hear any revisions you would like.

We will revise the proposals accordingly, shortlist 1-2 sites, and move forward into negotiations (beginning with accommodations and event venues).

Contract negotiation

We activate our global network of partners and firsthand experience running 8-figure procurement programs to negotiate pricing, terms, and perks to ensure we have the best offers available.

Once we are satisfied that we have secured the best possible arrangements, we meet with you to review the final itinerary and latest investment estimates to give you full confidence before confirming major program details.

Our team runs at full speed to handle all travel, event, and activity logistics, coordinating closely with you. This includes ensuring that all guests are properly registered, booked, and ready to travel. 

We meet regularly to share updates into the planning process, walk through the live budget, and make final decisions on program details, so that there are no surprises (except for the special ones we have planned)!
